In case of custom stitched abayas and dresses: If the product is not apparently faulty but the customer doesn’t like it, products can not be returned.
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
You have to inform us about returning it within 24 hours of receiving it and you have to send it back within 3-10 working days. Returned parcels received after 3-10 days will not be refunded.
We refund to your bank account, Jazz Cash or EasyPaisa as soon as we receive the item and after we thoroughly check its condition. Customer can communicate their preferred method of payment to us via WhatsApp, email or on our Instagram direct messages.
If a customer fails to accept a cash on delivery parcel, their account is disabled from the website. Delivery charges are re-applied if the customer wants the same parcel to be sent again.
